been looking for DPP 1.5 for a week and still can't find the friggin thing... Anywhere on Canon's website.

Anyone know where Canon is hiding it?

Little harsh of a response to someone trying to help, don't you think?

Seems to be there now. Under "Software Applications and Updates" click where it says "Click here to download the file" and follow the instructions. You want the 1.5 Updater - you do not need a previous version of DPP on your copmputer but you do at least need a version of the File Viewer Utility I think - there are instructions for downloading and installing.

Oh, it's there alright and it's been there for the last couple of weeks, now. Are you sure you looked in the right place? No need to get snippy with people just trying to help you out.

It is most certainly there, look harder! This is what I was alwasy told when i lost my keys, worked well for me. ;)

I did not mean to sound snippy at all.

In fact, I was hoping to be proven wrong. It is indeed there, it's just not listed directly on the download page, like the 1D download page for example. Oh well, I found it. Thank you very much, and sorry if I sounded harsh.
