? about ACR workflow options

I just reset my Xsi camera to use Adobe RGB. The workflow options used to be sRGB 8 bit 4272 x 2848 with 240 resolution and I guess they were default? I now changed them to Adobe RGB 1998 16 bit 4272 x 2848 300 ppi is this right? Also what is the option to open in CS3 as smart objects?

Don't mean to be a smart a$$ Steve, but there are several ways.

Open "help menu" in CS3, type in smart objects and go from there. ;)
