Photoshop Actions for picture frames - Velvia/Polariod, etc..

Does anyone know of a site where I can get some photoshop actions to create some frames around my pictures that simulate old "film" or a film slide. I think it's Velvia or something like that? The only actions I am finding just have a wooden frame or a drop shadow and that's not what I am looking for.

Go to http://www.atncentral.com/download.htm and look for Andrea's Borders.

They're not actions, but rather PSD files you can drop your images into. There are some polaroid, Kodak, and hasselblad film borders.
