Need some photoshop help

This might sound strange but I have a picture from an e-session and I need to make one of the butts smaller.:oops: She is ver self concious but likes the picture. I thought I would see if there was anyone who might be able to let me know how to do it or I can email the photo if needed.

Im using CS2.

The liquify tool can do the trick. Assuming that you want to make subtle changes?

Lot's of tutorials out there on how to use this tool if you're not familiar with it.
