Screaming Banshee Aircrew @ The Barfly, Cambridge

Finally managed to see Screaming Banshee Aircrew. It is also the first time I've taken my camera to a gig.

All with 400D + nifty fifty. Nearly all shots at ISO1600, f/2.0 1/80th. The lighting was consistent all night, with the front of the stage reasonably well lit, but the coloured lighting made adjusting white balance in pp rather hard to maintain a balance between a natural appearance without losing the atmosphere from the coloured lights. Comments on the resulting appearance welcome.

How are they about taking cameras in the barfly? I've emailed them a couple of times but never heard back from them, so I've never bothered going there. They seem to have a good line-up, if they don't have a problem with cameras, then I may have to pop along.
