It is very easy to decide to sell the wife as I don't have one;)

Wouldn't mind ordering one if I could aford it, but just purchase my 1Ds six months ago. Never had good timing but still would not have waited even if I had known.

It appears, judging from the poll so far, that there may be a few wifes popping up for sale in the Marketplace shortly.

I myself am happy with my 20D, and feel no need for any version of the 1D's. As for some new glass, well that is another story!

I'm not selling my wife, she's the only reason I can afford this hobby to start with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glass and accessories for me, for now. This is not my main source of income, in fact I don't think I've recovered the price of my lowest lens yet.

By the time that I get to using this to make extra money on a more than paid-hobby basis, the camera's will be much different.

Voice controlled 25M, focal point set by eye control, with 20 FPS and RF linked to the computer that is set for auto processing.

And it will still be affordable because of my wife!!

Love to have one. Just not sure I would love to pay for it. 1D MK11 suites me fine just now. :D

Having a wife certainly sounds like an expensive hobby and I already have photography:)
