Hmm... alittle too much green and cut off at the top? What else?

It looks over exposed. You need to pick a center subject. Also, watch you backgrounds. The fence in the backgorund dosn't look the best. You could solve this problem by getting up and putting macro mode on the camera and getting the whole flower. That would back and blur out the background so you wouldn't see it. Welcome to the forum!

Welcome to the forum! As Penguim said it's a bit over exposed. I did some changes to your photo. I hope you don't mind. I croped the over exposed part and kept just the main subject. I also did some levels adjustment.

I think you need to be mindful of the position of the sun, and use a lens hood. The contrast is pretty bad because of that.
