Spiders can be taken out quite easily...I've had a few pet spiders in the last few years (Go the huntsman!) and lost one to an attack of ants...Yes yes! Ants!!!

I must say at first I thought the wasp was attacking the spider but I don't think its a spider hunting wasp.
