A different Moth was out this morning. Smaller than the one I saw yesterday.

Canon XSI 100mm 2.8 all hand held.

Fabulous shots of it - and I know these are very difficult to photograph because they are pretty fast. Beautiful arent they.

Thanks It really was fun following this moth around the phlox patch ( and avoiding the poison ivy in the process) It darts but this time it came right up to me and the closest clumps of phlox. In fact a few shots it was just too close and I could not back up . I hope they hang around for a while.
