Hi
Has anyone been using this regularly?
I'm pretty sure it's in the manual somewhere but it didn't jump out at
me.
Got a daylight event to shoot on thurs and would be good to use that
feature.
Thanks
Mark

The important thing to remember is that your shutter speed will be limited to 1/250 second or slower. This means small apertures (high F number) and/or ND filters.
I use Av mode and carefully watch the shutter speed. If it's at 1/250 it is probably maxed out. I then change aperture until I see the shutter drop to 1/200. Normally instead of an ND filter I use a polarizer. The 1.5 to to stops you lose with a polarizer is generally enough to get you back in business.
Also I prefer to use Flash Exposure Compensation and reduce flash output by 1/3 or 2/3 stops, but that is just a personal preference.
