Dell Guilty of Fraud

Only a couple days after I had a fight with Dell technical support guy and informed him that I'll never buy another Dell, I get this news today. Frankly, I was a bit surprised by the news, though....

I called dell a few weeks ago about a delayed order that i placed for an xsi (i had hopped on the 15% off deal.) After the Indians transferred me between 2 departments several times, and eventually hung up on me, i called again to cancel the order (which they had no problem doing) and cursed out Dell in an email.
