I will be going on a mountain hiking trip in a couple of weeks, and need some sort of bag for my new Canon 450D (XSi)

But since quality bags are expensive, I want something that is an all-round great bag, and which will suit every occasion.

I was looking at the Crumpler Pretty Boy 2500 and 3000 (M and L), since I like the way that crumpler bags dont look like your typical boxy photographic bags. You can carry them around without looking like a photographer lugging around 25 lenses and 5 bodies.

From what I have seen, the 2500 doesnt have any dividers, is this in fact the case?
I want to carry the body with lens attached as well as an extra lense in it.

How will the Pretty Boy's handle rain and snow (if I am ever so lucky to see snow.)

I'd personally go for a Tamrac Adventure series or a Lowepro Naturetrekker. A lot of the lower-end Lowepro bags have crappy padding on their straps, so if you're going cheap, go Tamrac. I hike extensively with my stuff, and this has been my expeience! The Tamrac bag will beed a rain cover. If you're taking a tripod, I'd suggest a bottom-end Adventure bag from Tamrac :-)
