Velvet Shank's (Flammulina velutips) in Snow and Sphagnum Moss.
Found these yesterday in the Borders of Scotland, I'm pleased that they were in the bole of the tree as it allowed me just enough space for the camera and to help supported my arms against any camera shake.

Exif:
ISO 800, 1/125, f6.3, 50mm

Cheers
David

In some places, those are called "Toad Stools". That would make yours a "Toad Condominium".

Nice - love the effect of the snow on the caps.
