Canon s20 How much to repair?

I got a canon s20 camera that is coming up with the E18 error code after powering on and the lens doesn't retract when you turn it off.

Anyone know how much this would cost me to get fixed? I'm lost without this camera and either gotta get it fixed soon or buy a new one :(

Better call Canon for a quota. I tried to search the net but could not find any S20 error code explanations.
