Tutorial Thread?

Is there an editing tutorial thread? If there isn't do you think that one can be started? I am new a photoshop but this program is always growning. You never ever learn all of it. Same with Paintshop, Lightroom and all of the others. I have gotten some really great tutorial from fellow photogs and I have used them all. But I would love a place to go to that just has tutorials.
