Jpeg not as saturated in MS viewer than in PS

call me a newb but I am majorly brain farting here.
doing some editing and ran a test.
pushed saturation slider all the way over in PS looks terrible but then save as jpeg and it is not nearly as saturated as it is in PS.
ok please help me pull my head out and answer me this question.

so please any help will be great.

It's because Photoshop is colour managed and whatever else you're viewing it in is not. Have a read of the 'Color problems' sticky at the top of this forum.
