Ok i hate it when no one says any thing about my posts. So i will tell ya my opions. Remember I am not a pro, so take this with a grain of salt.
1 & 2, looks like a normal picture of a sign.
3. I wish those firefighter in the black turn outs had some water flowing out that nozzle.
Those officers are just standing around, thats normal (i'm a captain i can bash them)
4 & 5, considering that this appears to be on a Pier you had no place else to get a
better angle. But some fire would make them better. picture 4 really does not
show much other than a collapsed building.
6. no idea how this was set up. I think i'd like it better if it was more horizontal,
all of the fire truck and less of the road or building in the BG.

OK that said,i was not there, trying to shot so i have no idea the conditions you were shooting in. But the focus and colors and that kind of stuff all looks good to me. Keep up the good work.

If I'm not mistaken, the fire started at around 3:00AM, so there wouldn't have been nearly as much action and flames when these pictures were taken. And I think that the vantage point that probably would have given a clearer picture of the extent of the damage (the wall with the big lettering still standing obscures how little is left behind it) would have been in the middle of a highway onramp. So, given the constraints, I'd say it was a pretty successful attempt.
