I was checking out this photographers website and I really like how he photoshops his pictures. Does anyone know a similar way to achive this look??? Just scroll down, some pictures have a burnt look to them, others have sepia look and some are really rich in color but this have a faded look to them.

The simple way to get the sepia-color is to dupe the layer, turn it to sepia and adjust the opacity. (dodge/burn to your desired liking)
The lower stuff is a texture techinique. There are plenty of tutorials on Google for that.
Other than that, he adds a vignette to everything. This can be easily done by setting your oval marquee to a feathered radius of around 200px (full res), selecting most of the image, reversing the selection and dropping the brightness to about -50%. (again, the easy way)
The more authentic looking vignette is done with a series of carefully controlled burns. Again, Google is your friend here. ;)

I don't mind doing a little reading and using google, exactly what am I searching for ???? texture techinique??? If you don't mind do you know the exact term for this techinique??

photoshop, texture, vignette, actions, etc. There is no particular term really.
