The info is scattered about their website, but a few potentially important caveats I noted:

--no support for Macintosh (though they don't specifically mention VirtualPC/Windows emulation), which perhaps is interesting as this company seems to be producing the Apple photo books for Mac owners

--supports only Internet Explorer

--jpg files only, limited to 170-180 dpi. 300 dpi files are rejected.

--once images are uploaded and products ordered, they claim they have no means to halt or modify an order, so don't make mistakes.
