I'm getting to shoot a local hockey team tomorrow night. They are putting me in the VIP seats which is right next to the rink. I'll be shooting with my DRebel and 70-200L f/4. Don't have anything smaller Av other then my 50 1.8 and it won't be to fesable to shoot the longer shots.

I'll be shooting in RAW. Won't be able to use the flash either.
What advice can you give me? ISO? etc.

Gonna depend on the rink lighting, isn't it? Best I can offer is whatever ISO will give you at least 1/250 sec. exposures, and don't be afraid to cut over to the 50 if you think you're getting pushed too high. With all that ice though, you may need to dial in some exposure compensation. And try to shoot a grey card, whether you go with Custom White Balance at the time or not. It'll make post-processing much easier.
