Got a chance to shoot the CRDA Shannonville Shootout this weekend filled with Vintage Auto Racing, Canadian Castrol Touring Car, Mobil 1 Formula's, Mobil 1 GT's, Formula Ford's and some F1200's. Sunday was rather bland weather, awfully overcast with some sunlight breaking out for a bit. Tried mixing up my shooting style and getting away from my regularly boring pan shots. Overall it was a challenging event adapting to the cars varying speeds in and out of turns as well as their behaviour around the track.

All shot with Sigma 70-200 2.8, Sigma 120-300 2.8 (some w/ 1.4x TC) and a 40D. C&C greatly appreciated!

Thanks! It was a fun weekend and I am jealous about the F1, saw it last year when I was living in Montreal but this year didn't work out with work and other events. Enjoy the F1 and take lots of pics :)
