I think the WRX (STI?) has a lip kit of some sort, not really considered a body kit. Everything else looks stock except the front mount, wheels, drop, and a few minor other things. I think both cars are very nicely done, as well as the pics. The first pic is my favorite. What lense did you use for that shot?

Those are two very beautiful cars, some people just wish it stayed 1959. And really in the scheme of things, these are kinda old, they arent even the latest models....

yes, they're pretty much stock. i guess bellingham doesn't have many evos or wrxs...

stock for stock, evos are faster than wrx but stis are a bit faster than evos

nice shots! i might buy a set (ce28 replicas) in white :cool:. the jdm bumper on the evo's are nice also. hard to decide if i want the bumper or new lens, lol :(

we have quite a few WRX's at school, all of which have way too much extra "****" on them for my taste. i don't remember having seen any (or many) evo's in the 2 years i've been here, but i have seen numerous ferraris, aston martins, ducatis (and TONS of other bikes :cool: ), 2 or 3 audi r8 (i'm tired and kind of hungover, is that the right model?) and if you ask me, that's about a million times more pleasant :D

have you read about it much? the shocks are surrounded by electromagnets connected to a switch on the dash. inside the fluid are metal particles that float around when the magnets are disengaged giving a stiff "sport" suspension. with the magnets on the particles are sucked to the sides giving a smooth(er) comfortable ride. amazing....

Very very nice. I spent over a year there beginning the fall of '68, Navy Electronics "A" school. I'm an amateur radio operator, and we used to have a nice club station on the NW corner of the Island, looking out towards the Golden Gate, Alcatraz. Google K6NCG. I spent my share of time up on the tower, a 120 footer. Back in those days we lived in the horrid WWII wood barracks.

the modified parts of the body on both of those are OEM JDM, and knowing those cars personally, the wrx is faster.. hehe, nice pics dude
