This might be stupid, weird, or downright idiotic to some.

But it never hurts to ask, So film cameras take photos(Duh), they are produced as negatives, which are just inverted colors, What if someone takes a picture of an enlarged negative with a film camera, then he enlarges the negatives, will the colors change in a way?

Im confused myself...

Yes, all colour negative fims have an orange base layer, this has to be subtracted when scanning or printing. If you took a picture of a negative you will have an orange cast.

Not all film produces negatives though...

Yeh! - not the best image but it shows the orange cast pretty well, the other (reversed) colours do show through it but this is what makes viewing and scanning colour negs such a PITA - I shoot transparencies for scanning as it's a lot easier to see the image in 'real colours'.
