Not much to critique. Excellent picture to me.

The one thing I would do is maybe crop tighter on the head of the vulture. For me, too much of the wing is really dead space.
An excellent photo though! Thank you for sharing!

I'm with Elbee19. It's a great shot but I think a tighter crop on the head will make it an excellent shot.

The only thing I don't like is the background color, but it's still nice! Congrats!

I think that it's awesome, and I don't think the wing looks like dead space, with all that texture! It's very rich. If it had to be cropped at all I think from the top rather than the wing.

First of all: nice shot!!!
Everybody tends to crop this image to the head, whereas I would be more interested to know why this hideous creature is turning it's head. I would probably have left more space to the left side to have the bird look into the picture. with the stance it has that would have included its body in the picture and therefore enabled the reader to 'curve' though the picture: body, neck, eyes (great catchlight!) and finally look away into the picture.

An excellent shot - of a hideous ( to quote another critic!) bird.

Very Good Shot. I like the cropping as is. It places the eye in the right place for me.
Thanks for sharing.

He is a handsome bugger!
Excellent Shot... for the Web posting I'd like to see a little more USM.. specifically localized arounf the eye and face... but other than that it is perfect! :)
