As it says on the label "Karndean Flooring" my wife wants the conservatory decorated again.... a yearly occurence.

This year its new furniture and floor as well... that knocks my new lens back a couple of months :(

Anyway back to the topic, has anyone fitted the above flooring?

I know theres a specialist glue but is the stuff easy to fit and and what did you cut it with? Is it a stanley knife job or a fine jigsaw?

Thanks

This is pretty easy. It is basically an improved version of linoleum. It will cut fairly easily with a straight edge and utility knife. Use the correct notched trowel size recommended by the manufacturer. What type of subfloor will you be installing it on. Concrete is best as long as it has had sufficient time to cure. Plywood is a little tougher. Again use the correct glue. Just make sure it is scraped and clean and I mean clean enough to eat off of.

Follow their instructions: http://www.karndean.co.uk/install.asp?nav=install&section=13

Cheers Eric..

Putting it on a new floor currently tiled but this is going to have underfloor heating on top and then several layers of screed...
