Hi
I wonder if any of you has bought digital camer batteries from this web site - http://camcorder-batteries.info? I bought a generic Li-Ion battery for my IXUS 30. I did not get to use it until about 1 week later. I then discovered that this generic battery is slightly bigger than the original. As a result I had difficulty in inserting it. Removing it was worse.

I wrote to the company 3 emails. But they totally ignore me. Can any of you advise me how else I can get the company to respond?

Your Better Business Bureau or Office of Consumer Protection may also be of some help, although if you and they are in different countries that may be more difficult. If you ordered through PayPal, you can try to raise the problem with them; likewise if you used a credit card, notify your credit card company that you're disputing the charge based on product being misrepresented.
