View Full Version : Guess the vehicle! (GAME)

:D
Hey everyone, let's keep this forum flowing and play a board game. I'll post up a photo of a vehicle and then the rest of you will guess it. Whoever guesses correctly then gets to post a vehicle and we'll all go on and try to name/ID it. And so on & so forth. Get it?
Yeah I'm bored, but hey this could be fun. I'll start this off tough, to get the ball rolling.

Hey everyone, let's keep this forum flowing and play a board game. I'll post up a photo of a vehicle and then the rest of you will guess it. Whoever guesses correctly then gets to post a vehicle and we'll all go on and try to name/ID it. And so on & so forth. Get it?
1. You have to let us know who's correct in order for the game to go on.
2. One person posts a car
3. People must keep guessing the answer, until the answer is revealed. If no one has entered a guess for an extended period, clues should be offered.
4. Only when the answer is revealed can another person post a new car to guess.
5. The person who posts the next car is the one who guessed correctly on the last posted car
6. If no one has posted in 24 hours after winning the game, the next turn is up for grabs not so subtle, just a main rule.
7. If the winner has no opportunity to post a picture, he can pass it off to somebody who may have also guessed or just anyone who has one ready.
8. If the game is moving along nicely, and the vehicle has obviously been guessed, but the poster has not confirmed after 24 hours, there can be an agreement that the correct guesser can go ahead and post a new one or failing that it's open house.
9. If the poster is looking for a specific model, the picture should have some hint of the original car, and not "ONLY" an after-market piece of some sort.

I think you might be right. I looked at the lip of the rim and felt a Ferrari look to it. Then again, the F40 didnt have those vents.

Was interested so I had a quick read on that ride. 1981 RUF TURBO SLANTNOSE
"This is 1 of 698 built 1981 Porsche Turbo for ROW. Very rare 1 of 10 Ruf Turbo Slantnose conversion done by Ruf in Germany."
If that is the case, a very great capture.

Guys,
I think this game will be far more organized if the rules were like this:
-One person posts a car
-People must keep guessing the answer, until the answer is revealed.
-Only when the answer is revealed can another person post a new car to guess.
-The person who posts the next car is the one who guessed correctly on the last-posted car
AGREE?

awesome, this is such a great idea. It is an awesome thing for this section to have. Subscribing.
I believe that it is vortec' turn. It is obviously a cherokee, and not a wrangler.
The game must have other, more subtle rules. I play the super macro guessing game almost religously, and these are some of the more subtle rules that we have over there.
-If no one has posted in 24 hours after winning the game, the next turn is up for grabs not so subtle, just a main rule
-if the winner has no opportunity to post a picture, he can pass it off to somebody who may have also guessed or just anyone who has one ready
-if the game is moving along nicely, and the vehicle has obviously been guessed, but the poster has not confirmed in a couple hours, there can be an agreement that the correct guesser can go ahead and post a new one.
-If the poster is looking for a specific model, the picture should have some hint of the original car, and not "ONLY" an after market piece of some sort.
Can we all agree to these rules as well?
As time goes the pictures might get quite challenging on here.

Is yours the silver with the hks sc? Or is that a friend of yours that you've taken shots of in the past? I remember a shoot with that car in a garage and loved the pics. I have one too, but not the one in the pic I posted. I also have the same nismo shift knob :)

I say that it is mine because it is my house mats, (I've helped wash enough for it to be mine literally) but yeah it is the HKS SC. The garage shot I did for Forged performance. Thanks for the compliment.

Guys,
This one was answered correctly in post #101a week ago. Since then, kyleturbo got the NSX correct but never posted a follow-up new mystery vehicle.
Somebody want to give it a go?

Alright I finally decided to jump in the game.
I'm sure we can all agree that protruding door handles are headlights are dead give aways for guessing a vehicle. Lets see if we can make this game a little tougher. I am looking for specifics on this one.

the car is white, but that doesn't give anything away.
It is in fact a tail, but not of a 911. It is a spots car.

Not a Nissan. And it is a rear deck spoiler of a Japanese sports car that isn't made anymore, however there is supposed to be one coming.
The game is supposed to be challenging. Everyone else posts photos of a headlight and everyone knows exactly what it is.
