Salt spilled = Bad luck?

Either way, I'm new to photography, just picked up a camera and started shooting a little over a year ago.

I like the idea but I would try to set it up as if the cap came off when it fell over and the salt spread across the table.

More salt, the reflection takes my eye away from the main picture. Over all, good idea...
