I like the first one better. I do like the background of that painting of the spanish fountain...did you try the swan against that as the backdrop only? It might look interesting.

OK, I'll concentrate on the pistol image since it's the one I like.
What I like;
1. The sepia works well for me.
2. I like the contrast between the pistol and bullets.
3. The reflection of the bullets.
4. The background in general. ( see below )
What I might change. ( note the diplomatic language );
1. The white areas at the lower left and right.
2. Inward incline of the left and right background.
3. Increase the contrast between the foreground ( pistol )and the background. Or perhaps some blurring of the background.
I'm not normally a fan of macho images of guns for the sake of it, however, some thought has gone into this image and that's why I like it.
Almost forgot....................Merry Christmas.

You mean use the fountain one only and not the other? My wife said that too.

1.Yes I saw the white parts on the lowers only after I uploaded the pictures.:(
2.Yep I agree, it was the book covers bending out alittle.
3.Yeah that might look good.
If I can i'll try to retake these pictures and maybe a few more with the changes.
Thanks for the advice.
