OK I guess the title fails to mention that the picture must be a verifiable picture of Sasquatch!
from: http://www.fstrailcamcontest.com/
That’s why Bushnell is offering a chance at $1,000,000 to the first person using one who snaps a verifiable photo of the beast.

The rules don't say anything about the $1 Mil prize... but there it is on the home page. I guess they never intend any one to win it. What does it mean to be a "verifiable" photo anyway? For it to be a verified Sasquatch, to me, I would need the corpse of the animal right next to the photo.
ps. I loved Harry and the Hendersons, what if they are really that kind and clever?

I edited the OP to reflect a link to the million $$ photo in specific.
I'll rent a bigfoot costume if anyone has a camera.
split the million 50/50

Those rules are pretty funny!
The Sweepstakes Entities shall not liable for any injury, loss of life, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, trespassing, illegal means of entry, or other Federal, State or local laws when obtaining the photo/video, or other irregularity that may be caused or contributed to obtaining a photo or photographs for submission, or if they are attacked by a Bigfoot, or any other irregularity that may be caused or contributed to obtaining a photo or photographs for submission. Please use caution when taking photographs outdoors, and in the wild, especially when using suits or costumes that resemble wild animals (Gorilla, Sasquatch, or other).

I wonder how much some attorney got paid to write those rules? Very funny indeed.

For $1,000,000 they get to keep your submitted photo of Big Foot. It's theirs. Then they get to disclose EVERYTHING about you. You are compelled to concent to this biographical search of your being.
Oh, and all Grand and Second prize winners have to sign a release form which is conspicuously NOT listed on the page. You just have to sign it and give up all rights to the photo.
Bear in mind, the photo has to be taken with a deer/trail camera.
if a winner, to the use by Sponsor and its designees of name, likeness, biographical information, city, state and/or photography for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known without compensation, notification or permission and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so by Sponsor or its designees. Grand and Second Prize winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility / liability release and publicity release (unless prohibited) along with an IRS form W-9 within time period specified by Sponsor or an alternate winner will be selected

It would be interesting to see all the fake photos that would be submitted. I'll wager they range from the ridiculous to the sublime.
But I agree with TheHoff. To be verifiable, a photo would have to be accompanied by a corpse.

They have a decent idea with that contest. I am sure they will get more than $1 million for that picture, and if I found the first one I don't think I would bother letting them take their cut of my profits.

Well I think I can borrow a trail cam. now all I need is to find a way to get my sister in law into the woods. She doesn't need a costume to look like bigfoot.

Much more than that Herr Hoff.....
Press conference and EVERYTHING!
It's pretty comical....
I am somewhat of a believer in Sasquatch/Yeti/Bigfoot....but what's going on right
now isn't even worth an episode of The X Files......

hahahah their sasquatch died with much the same look on his face as yours.
oh wow I hate to give them another hit so I won't post the URL but their website is nothing but an online version of a kitschy junk store full of souvenir crap. I couldn't find their photo with the tongue sticking out.
