Turning off quick reply

Is it possible to turn off the quick reply box? When browsing the forum I often scroll
to the bottom of the page to see the last comment. When the quick reply box is there
then that is all I see.

Maybe a new skin without the QR box.

I don't believe there is an individual option to shut off the QR. However, scrolling back up when you reach the bottom of the page works quite well.
