Please help.
I have the S200, WinXP and the Epox 8kha+ motherboard. The reason I mention the motherboard is because I think that is where the problem lies. He is a back ground to what I have done:
Charged the Battery till it was green. Took 2 pictures and recorded 1 movie. Installed the WIA driver (This was the only thing I nstalled). Connected camera via USB and set it to use Scanners and Cameras. The problem occurs when I try to donwload the images and movies. It gets anywhere from 0% to 32% and then it just stops. The computer is not hung.
Spent an hour on the phone with Tech support, still nothing. Reinstalled the drivers from the CD. Installed the drivers from the website. Tired using Browser EX and still nothing. Here's were it gets weird....
I have a 2nd computer and I installed the WIA driver and connected the copmuter as mentioned above, and it work right off the bat. And it still works. Thought there might be something up with the USB connections on the EPOX. Connected my USB mouse to both and that works no problem. I have tired connecting the camera to both USB ports. Still nothing.
Reinstalled WinXP (it needed it any way). Updated all drivers. Still nothing. Has anyone else come across this problem?
