Does anyone know of a place where I might still be able to buy the BG-ED3 for my 10d? If not, is there a replacement model I'm not aware of?

Yay! Thanks guys I ordered the demo one from Adorama. Does anyone know why they discontinued making this, but not the 10D itself? Seems wierd :)

They did discontinue making the 10D, I believe. You're just seeing the backlog in the pipeline. You'll notice that BeBit (http://web.canon.jp/Imaging/BeBit-e.html), unlike the Canon USA site, no longer shows the 10D.
