Which SDHC card should I get?

Hi, I just got the A590IS, and I now need a new SD memory card. Do brand names matter, and also, does write-speed (Class 2, Class 6 etc.) matter for the A590IS? It's just a point and shoot.

I'dstick with SanDisk. Speed will matter most if you want to shoot in Continuous mode.

I got some 8 gig hp ones for $50 each, class 4. Seemed like a good deal. They have panasonic class 6 ones for $150 each
