Can't see "Send PM" facility

Hi, I am new here and this is my first post.

I have had a bit of a look around at various forums and rules etc. but cannot see the Send PM icon for users.

I was particularly interested in a for sale item in the marketplace forum.

Is there a post count tally that must be reached before the PM service is available?

If you click on the name of the person you want to send a pm to it should come up with a list of options for that person:

Hey thanks Mike - I am not familiar with vBulletin forums (phpBB have a visible icon).

I actually tried right clicking but not left.
