I only went on Saturday & it was the first time I have snapped an F1 car in full flight!

Shot a few in the paddock, morning track shots from outside of Copse & Afternoon track shots from inside of Copse.

Anyhow, comments good or bad appreciated!

I do have more to add, but these are for now.

I like the second one of the Renault, there is something about the composition. What part of the circuit was that?

I really like the third shot. Good depth of field and great reflections.

Thanks for that. The composition was a deliberate ploy on my part to use as a desktop wallpaper on my pc.

I stood on the concrete steps on the outside of Copse opposite the pit lane exit.

Having never taken pics of something as fast as an F1 car I found it an enjoyable challenge (needless to say, as a learning curve, there were more than a few images I deleted!).

Since that day, I have now booked tickets for the F1 testing there later this month.

Once again, thanks for your kind comments.

the car was a fantastic vintage Renault that was absolutely pristine. I saw these exhaust pipes coming out from the engine cover & could see the photo in my mind straight away. I am pretty pleased how it came out as I don't normally go for pics like that.
