Here are a few pics from this afternoon's game... I hope you all had a very good Christmas and enjoy seeing some more sporting action! I certainly tried to make the most of escaping from the turkey and mince pies for a couple of hours!

Some great shots there! #3 is my favourite.

Great shots, that first one looks like it could be nasty if his head actually made contact with the foot  . Good catch

Cheers

Thanks Pete! There's always tomorrow - I've got a couple of games lined up - must be plenty of football round your way too. Football over the Christmas period always seems to be pretty eventful so I really enjoy shooting it!

Don't get home to Loughborough till Wednesday, so will cover a Derby County FC game or Nottingham Forest on New Years Day. Then on Monday there's a Leicester match, followed by big cycilng event at the Manchester Velodrome next weekend!

Fortunately my 12" Powerbook has arrived! Will be interesting learning to use it as I've only ever used PCs for 10 years!

Gavin, love your work! No.4 is my favourite in this series.

Hopefully I'll go to shoot Bolton vs Blackburn at home on 28th if accreditation goes through, fingers crossed! :D

Thanks for your comments Gu... good luck with your accreditation... I'm sure it'll work out!

It was pleasing to note today that it stayed a little brighter for a little longer! Hurrah!!

Thanks Ian!! The foot did make contact - but the player in question seemed to have a very solid head... comes in handy under those circumstances!
