Reduce size for batch of photos.

I have a batch of photos (40-50) that I need to upload to a site. Unfortunately the site has a limit of 5mp per photo. I only have GIMP right now. Are there any software/technique where I can reduce the size of a batch of photos?

I belive Irfanview has one, im not sure if its in the main Download, or threw a plug in.
I cant comment on how or if it works, ive never used this feature.

Edit, i just did a fast run threw the program.
THe batch conversion is under. "File", select batch, and under output, select advance options. It looks like there are acouple of ways to resize threw the program.
Oh ps, its Free, and with a plug in also can be used to Edit Raw files.
