For some reason a lot of people don't like Grackles... but I do, and a lot. They're always very happy to pose and the females are sooo pretty.

I like grackles, especially the big, colorful males. They are very stately birds, IMO. Nice sharp photos.

Great shots. Grackle's look similar to the cowbirds we have all over Northern Cali. I like em. You're right, very friendly and always seemingly eager to pose.
