I wanted to buy a dn for my smugmug site. Smugmug has some sort of relation with GoDaddy, so I figured I'd go with them.
But reviews online are mostly bad for GoDaddy.
Does anybody have any experience with them?

I've been with Godaddy for a couple of years now. I've had no problems with them at all.

I have a GoDaddy site. The one thing I don't like is the size limit on uploaded files. Also, the management interface is sort of clunky.

I have been with godaddy for 7 years now and I cannot complain. My sites have always ran fast. I have had a few issues here and there but nothing major and nothing that wasnt fixed within 2 days max.

I agree. My old site used Cpanel which was sooooo much better.

But... other than that, i've been with godaddy for 1 year, and just renewed for a second year. Their hosting was cheap, hasn't gone down that i've noticed and supports everything I needed to run coppermine gallery.

My site is in my signature.

I have been with godaddy for three or four years now with various different versions of websites, they have always been very helpful and quick to reply.

I went with godaddy for DNS registration, and host elsewhere
