I don't know if the first one is a bit cool or my monitor is not calibrated.

The first one is definitely very cool, it is not doing good things for her skin. It's a bit dark and flat as well. I like the composition but it needs some editing.

Second one.. Shadows are a bit hard. A little too posey.

Your clarity looks good.
