Weddings/Shooting RAW/Post Processing

Would like feedback from other photographers who shoot weddings in RAW format; and their Post Production Workflow.

I import to lightroom, do my adjustments, save them as jpeg or tifts depending what I want to do with them from there. If they are ready to go, then they are converted to jpeg, and if they need more editing they are saved as tiffs and opened in PS.

I just got nik color efex pro so I will be playing with that from here on out as well.
