Need a contract template for wedding photography

I'll be shooting my second wedding a little more than a month from now and need a written contract that will bind me to deliver a specified product and bind the customer to pay me a specified amount. I know I need to take a certain percentage (say, 50%) of the payment up-front, so I want the contract to take care of that, as well. Does anyone have a template they could provide me?
