Hi,
I have recently had an interview with a really large well known clothing company that wants me to give them a quote on what I would charge for a full year of catalogs. Summer, Spring, Fall, Winter, Holiday..
Each catalog would entail about 70 different clothing changes all shot in studio ( which I already have). And about 10 headshots of the male models for each season. Each season must be shot in 2 days. First day woman, and second day men..I have everything that I would need to shoot all of this so equipment rentals would not be a factor.
I have given people quotes before, but I am wanting to know how I can make this one look particularly professional.. I am not the only photographer up for this job, so I need some sort of an edge..
I have a basic idea about what I am going to charge per day (1000.00)..
I am trying to to also find a way to incorperate my own style into the shoots without taking away from the clothing of course. The studio look that they want is really easy to do, and I have shot other catalogs similar. But I was thinking that I could offer a free half day outside on location, as a bonus so that I have a chance to include my "style" .
Would that set me aside from the rest?? or just make me look desperate to get the job??
I have to have this quote in by today if possible.. so I'm kind of stressing out on how to put it together.

I am curious if anyone has a quote template?? that I could modify in word?? or if there is somewhere I could download something to give me a starting point??

I think that basically covers it..
Any help would be very helpful to me..

Thank you all!!

GET A BUDGET PROPOSAL. Every corporate company has a budget for everything. Itemize your shoot/s! If you need rentals, models, and more. Don't sell yourself short either. I usually start at $2500 and go up. If it's a campaign we start at $10,000 and take it from there. But get everything in your budget. It could cost you $25,000 to do the entire shoot considering if you need to rent lights (get the best-profoto, and broncolor), location (flats in the city and more), models (if they don't supply them), assistants (they can be up to $500 a day if they are good), and more. Trust me, you'll need at least 2 things off this list.

By the way, make sure to deliver exactly what they want while incorporating your style. They hired you for your style, but they have their vision. You're going to shoot what's inside you anyways. So, if they say they want a bikini model in the snow with big sunglasses in a fur coat, then do it in your style.. Don't forget it. Period.

The models are supplied..
I have a full Speedotron studio settup with everything I'd ever need, rentals are not needed.
I have my own studio..
I shoot with Canon 1D mark II..
Everything is pretty much covered except for my completed quote..

I guess I'm just wondering on some insight on how to physically put the quote together.
Do I just do it in Microsoft word? and then send it to them as a PDF so they can print it if needed?? does anyone have a quote template that I could use???

These are my main two questions that I need help with..
The shooting and everything else is not a worry to me.
as I've done this many times before, I just need quote help to set me aside from the rest. or at least be at par..

Help!!!!
