I just got my frame in from Frame Destination. The quailty is outstanding, packaged well, and the prices are very good. I would highly recommend them to anybody...Jeff

Here is my two hour experience at the local craft store. Since they didn't have mats for 10x15 photos I asked the girl behind the counter how much it would cost for a custom mat? Turns out it would be $20.00 and the frame would be around $34.00. Since I wasn't gonna pay that much for a mat I went on to my 8x10 photo.
I ended up getting a 11x14 frame from there only becuase the had the basic size 8x10 mats for $4.00. All together it cost me $27.78 to frame the 8x10 picture.

So I came home and searched the wonderful POTN and found Frame Destination. I went on the site and looked around and ordered a 13x19 profile 2 anodized aluminum frame and a mat for a 10x15 photo. The frame, glass, mat, backing board was $31.68 shipped and arrived 4 days after ordering it. They also sent me a sample pack of every color mat they have so I can match them to my photos in the future.
I just order some more frames for customers and will be ordering tons more in the future. They are the same type of frame that I bought from the local craft store but alot cheaper in price, plus its a one stop shop. Here is a pic, don't know if it will do any justice to the quality... Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the owner of Frame Destination is also a POTN member....Jeff

If you have a Michaels in your area, they usually have a 1/2 off coupon in the Sunday paper. Their custom mattes are $25.
