I do not have experience with those, but 1 transmitter should trigger 2 receivers as long as they are all on the same channel.

I went with 16 Channel Radio Slave Flash Trigger / RD 616 Wireless I like 16 channels less likely hood of someone less using the same channel. These worked for my strobes as well as my speedlites I had to buy hotshoe adapters from them at $5 each.

Technically, I suppose you could have 16 receivers, assuming the transmitter was powerful enough and all receivers were within range. But if you're referring to the "16 channel" post, that has nothing to do with the number of receivers. 16 channels just gives you more options in the number of transmitting codes to the receivers which is very useful if you're in an area where everyone else is using wireless triggers.

All of your stuff has to be on one "channel". The 16 channels are so that 16 people are work within 20 feet of each other and not set off each other's flashes.

Yes one trigger can set off as many receivers as you want... That's the same kit as the "Cactus"/Gadget Infinity, but without the GI name. Probably came from the same sweatshop filled with deprived workers, too.
