I am going to print this photo for my wall. I am a little nervous having never done this. I was looking into getting it done at Costco 20 x 30 inches. Was wondering if anyone has had any experience in this. I don't really want to print it multiple times before I get it right. A couple of questions.

Is Costco a good place to do this? (cost is only $10)
Should I use Glossy or Lustre?
Does my photo look ok? (Sharpen/Color) Any C&C?

Is Costco a good place to do this? I have great results with 12X18" from the. Depends on which Costco though, doesn't it? Should I use Glossy or Lustre? Lustre for me. Does my photo look ok? (Sharpen/Color) Any C&C? It looks OK, but you need to sharpen more for print than for the web. I don't really want to print it multiple times before I get it right I've made a 100% crop 4X6 "proof" print & it will exactly match the days later color & exposure of the 12X18" final print. You might try that.

Hi,

I've never sent a file to have a 20x30 print. What's the setup in CS3 to prep for it?

Thanks.

Mossie I only have CS2. I edit the raw file with Canons software Digital Photo Professional. I used that program to do small tweeks with contrast, color, and sharpening. Once I have turned it into a jpg I will do some minor adjustments in CS2. Other than that I did nothing. I will let you know how it turns out when I receive it.

You will want to have the print on heavy mountboard. Its not much more.
