Hello All
A series of square ended crab spider there are 2 different species here. A native species (sidymella) also (sidymella spp)

Awesome images these are. I have seen many Crab Spiders in my neck of the woods, but nothing as exotic as these. Great Series.

Great series of shots not seen this one before, can't help it but #3 reminds me of the White Crane pose in Karate Kid :lol:

nice series...i need to look out for these . . & the leaf litter crab spiders...
on tree bark huh...dont look there much.

interesting...i thought they were stacked also, after seeing Toby's comment...perhaps the hairs on the spider are what led me to think that?

thank all for the comments, yea the last 2 shots the crab spider was quite large so there was no need to stack!

Thanks Alliec really want to find the other species, also to get a shot or two of this species with a egg sac or babies! Never seen a Crab spider with egg sac or babies!
