Interesting, but morbid image. Was it shot on film, or is this some digital magic work?

Appreciate the feedback guys :)
Went the lazy route on my setup, didn't think I'd use the photo and was simply waiting for our car to be fixed (....2 days later *urgh* ). The rest is simply PP.
Very morbid indeed.

I hope that is not your car in the photo waiting to be fixed...!
Beyond repair...

It looks similar to a shot I made on a roll of kodak 400 cn, taken on an old Olympus 35 SP, that suffered from some bad scanning. That is why I was asking if it was digital or not. But I like that effect :)

I have gone for similar effects in the past. I was quite addicted to this style at one point, but it took a long time to do. Great results though in your image. Here is an old one of my images that I was trying some scratchy/ruined styling on:
