We took a trip out in the cold to the local pond this afternoon, hoping to capture some wildlife on film. A few gulls were playing about in the water and ice... out of the pics taken i liked this shot best. I'd welcome any comments and suggestions.

Thats a good capture for that lens. You even managed to get him with its wings up!

Thanks for the positive comments guys... and yep, really enjoying the new camera... but bring back the warm weather.
Stan.. the reflection was off the ice, the wind was causing too much distubance on the water for anything nice there.
